My Parenting Journey
My journey into motherhood began when I was 28 years old. A young mama with little self-awareness, I struggled to navigate motherhood. I had little knowledge of how to raise two beautiful baby girls and decided to reach out to outside sources to gain confidence.
I committed to bettering my relationship with my daughters and challenging myself to become a better mom. I read many books about parenting, reached out to different professionals, and attended therapy for eight years. I was on a mission to improve my parenting skills.
After a long search to continue improving myself as a mom, I found myself enrolled in a parent coaching program. This new chapter helped me understand and experience parenting to its optimum. The experience was life-changing and went far beyond any parenting classes, books, or even therapists. I finally found what I was missing in my journey as a parent.
The conscious and peaceful parenting approach opened my eyes to a deeper understanding of parenthood. I finally realized why it had been so difficult to truly see, hear, and listen to my kids. I was able to introspect and examine my childhood through a new lens, unveiling generational parenting patterns and limiting beliefs that had subconsciously affected my parenting.
I went through a tremendous transformation. I gained tools and strategies that helped me repair my connection with my girls. I became capable of grounding myself and creating a space where they could feel supported and respected for their thoughts, opinions, and feelings. Don’t get me wrong, I still struggle from time to time, but I have the tools to bounce back, repair, and move on to better connections.
My Mission
In my heart and soul, I believe that all children deserve to be raised in a peaceful space regardless of their age. They should be heard and seen for who they are and given the opportunity to bloom into their own individuality without judgment or criticism.
My passion is to provide guidance and support through the challenging times of your parenting adventure. I aim to guide you in a non-judgmental way to connect with your children consciously, peacefully, and meaningfully, creating a healthy vision of what you envision your parenting to look like. Let me be the coach who guides you toward a healthy, deep, and meaningful lifetime connection with your children, bringing peace and joy to your home.
